Keep it tidy...
The key to great property photographs lies entirely in the presentation, you could have a beautiful house but if it's not well presented the photo's are never going to do it justice.
All too often I arrive at a property to find clutter, bulbs out, grass uncut, weeds up the pathway etc etc. If you're an estate agent, I would recommend giving vendors a pre-photography checklist or just a list of pointers to enable them to get the best out of the photo-shoot and, ultimately, get the best possible price for their property.
